Visitor Conduct & Behavior

• All children must be supervised by a responsible adult age 18 or older for the duration of the visit.
• Behavior that endangers other guests — running outside designated areas, throwing balls, climbing on equipment outside its design intent — will result in a warning. Repeated violations may result in removal without refund.
• Bullying, harassment, or aggressive behavior toward other guests or staff will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal.
• Outside food and drink are permitted only in birthday party rooms or designated seating areas. The play surface itself is food- and drink-free.
• No alcohol, smoking, vaping, weapons, drugs, glass containers, helium balloons larger than 18 inches, glitter, or confetti are permitted on premises.
• No pets except service animals.
• We're a screen-free park for kids — adults are welcome to use phones in seating areas, but please keep ringers on silent and avoid extended phone calls on the play floor.

Photography & Media Release

Planet of Play occasionally photographs and videos the facility for marketing materials, social media, and press use. By visiting Planet of Play, you grant Planet of Play permission to use photos and video taken on premises that include you or your child for these purposes, without compensation.

If you do not want your child photographed, please notify a staff member at check-in. We'll provide a sticker that signals 'no photo' to our team and any contracted photographers.

Personal photography is welcome — feel free to take photos and videos of your own children. Please be considerate of other families and avoid photographing other guests without their permission.

Health & Illness Policy

• Children with active fever, vomiting, diarrhea, contagious rash, or persistent coughing should not enter the park. We reserve the right to refuse admission for visibly ill children.
• If your child becomes ill during a visit, please notify staff and remove your child from the play surface immediately.
• Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the park. We encourage handwashing after eating, after restroom use, and before re-entering the play surface.
• Notify staff of severe allergies at check-in. We can flag the front desk and party hosts for awareness during your visit.
• Children with open wounds, casts, or recent injuries should consult their physician before play. Planet of Play is not a substitute for medical advice.

Lost & Found

• Lost items are held at the front desk for 14 days, then donated to a local charity.
• Contact info@trplayground.com to inquire about a lost item.
• Planet of Play is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. Please leave high-value items at home or secured in a locked vehicle.
• Lockers and cubbies for personal items are available near the front entrance and Mini Zone.

Right to Refuse Service

Planet of Play reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who violates park policies, behaves in a manner that endangers other guests or staff, or is disruptive to the operation of the park. No refund will be issued for guests removed for policy violations.

Staff decisions on policy violations are final. If you have a concern about how a situation was handled, please contact the Park Director through the address below.

Liability & Injury

Indoor play involves inherent risks. By signing the waiver and entering the park, you acknowledge those risks and agree that Planet of Play, Tabula Rasa Holdings, and their staff are not liable for injuries that occur during normal play. The signed waiver — available above online or in paper form at the front desk — is a binding part of your visit and is required for every child before they enter the play surface.
