Membership Questions, Answered
Who can use the membership?
One named child per membership. Memberships are tied to a specific child and cannot be transferred to a sibling or another child mid-year. For multi-child families, additional siblings get 10% off standard admission.
What if my child is over 51"?
Members must be 51" and under to participate in full play. The annual membership is built around our height-based admission model: kids 51" and below have full access to every play structure. Children over 51" are admitted free with a paying child but are restricted to the bounce house, wave slide, and first-floor foam ball area.
Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-in is welcome any day during operating hours. Reservations are recommended for weekends, school breaks, and major holidays — these are our busiest times and we may be at capacity.
What's the cancellation policy?
Full refund within 14 days if your membership is unused. Once you've used your first session, the membership is non-refundable. We can transfer the membership to a different month or season under special circumstances — contact us if you need flexibility.
Can I gift a membership?
Yes — gift memberships are available year-round and make great birthday or holiday gifts. Contact us at memberships@trplayground.com to arrange a gift purchase. We can include a printed certificate for the recipient.
Are the parties discount and sibling discount stackable?
Yes — members get 10% off birthday party packages AND 10% off accompanying sibling admission. The discounts apply automatically when your member ID is on file at check-in or party booking.
