Adults are always free with any paying child. There's no per-child cap on adults — bring as many parents, grandparents, and adult family members as you'd like. Comfortable seating, free WiFi, and the snack bar are all available while your kids play.

Infants under 12 months are free if held in a carrier (Bjorn, wrap, etc.) for the entire visit and never placed on the play surface. Children 12 months and older pay the Playing Child rate of $24, regardless of whether they're held, sleeping, or on the play surface.
All children 12 months and older pay full admission. For families with multiple children who visit frequently, our $99 annual Frequent Fun Membership is the most cost-effective option — it pays for itself in roughly five visits and stacks with a 10% sibling-admission discount on additional children.
Tickets are valid for two hours from check-in and cannot be split. If you need to leave for lunch or a nap during your two-hour window, that's fine — just come back before your time is up. Once two hours have passed, the ticket has been used.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash at the front desk. Online tickets purchased through our booking system require a card on file. We do not accept personal checks.
Grip socks are required for all guests on the play surface. They're available at the front desk for $4 (kids' grip socks) or $2 (non-grip socks for adults), or you can bring your own.
