Yes — Planet of Play is open 7 days a week, year-round. The facility is fully climate-controlled, so weather is never a reason to cancel.

Yes. Temperature, humidity, and air quality are managed throughout the year, so play is comfortable regardless of what's happening outside.

Children ages 0 through 12. Each age group has its own dedicated zone — Mini Zone for ages 0–2, Kid Zone for ages 2–7, and Fun Zone for ages 4–12 — designed for the developmental stage and physical capabilities of those ages.

$24 per child for a 2-hour play session. Adults are always free with a paying child. Children over 51" tall are admitted free in restricted-area roles. Infants under 12 months are free if held in a carrier the entire visit. See the Admission & Pricing page for the full breakdown.

No — adults are always free with any paying child, with no per-child cap on adults. Bring as many parents, grandparents, and adult family members as you'd like.

Each admission ticket is valid for 2 hours from check-in. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be split across multiple sessions. If you visit often, our annual $99 Frequent Fun Membership includes unlimited 2-hour sessions year-round.

All children 12 months and older pay full admission. For multi-child families who visit frequently, the annual membership pays for itself in roughly 5 visits and stacks with a 10% sibling-admission discount.

Same-day refunds are available within the first 30 minutes of your visit if your child is having a tough day. After 30 minutes, we offer a free return-visit pass.

Grip socks are required for all guests on the play surface. They're available at the front desk for $4 (kids' grip socks) or $2 (non-grip for adults), or you can bring your own grip socks.

$99 per child for a full year of unlimited 2-hour play sessions. No per-visit fees, no blackout dates. Pays for itself in approximately 5 visits. Members also get 10% off birthday party packages and 10% off sibling admission.

One named child per membership. Memberships are tied to a specific child and cannot be transferred to a sibling or another child mid-year.

Members must be 51" and under to participate in full play. The membership is built around our height-based admission model — if your child is over 51", they're still welcome under our standard "free with a paying child, restricted areas" admission policy.

Yes — gift memberships are available year-round. Email memberships@trplayground.com to arrange a gift purchase, and we can include a printed certificate for the recipient.

Full refund within 14 days if the membership is unused. Once your child has used their first session, the membership is non-refundable.

$349 base package includes 10 child guests, 2 hours of play, a private party room for the last hour, a dedicated party host, full setup and cleanup, and free admission for all parents and adult guests.

Weekend slots book up 4–6 weeks ahead, especially around school breaks and holidays. Weekday parties usually have more flexibility — even 1–2 weeks out. Book as soon as you have a date.

Yes — outside cakes and personal decorations are welcome at no extra fee. We have refrigerator and freezer storage available the day of the party. Tablecloths are required and guest-provided (6 rectangular cloths sized for 69" × 39" tables).

Tell us about allergies when you book. Gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free options are available with advance notice. For severe allergies, you're welcome to bring outside food for the affected guests.

Full payment is due at booking, and 50% of the deposit is non-refundable. Date changes are allowed subject to availability. Final additional-child charges and add-ons are billed at the end of the party.

Yes — we host school field trips for groups up to 60 students with a dedicated park host, flexible time blocks (90 minutes to 2 hours), optional pizza lunch, and on-site bus parking. Book 4–6 weeks ahead during the school year.
